Autonomous Vehicle Operator

In this role, you’ll play a direct part in shaping the future of transportation by operating test vehicles, capturing high-quality data, and providing valuable feedback to engineering teams. If you enjoy driving, thrive in structured environments, and want hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technology—this is a unique opportunity to get in early with a fast-scaling program. What You’ll DoOperate test vehicles on designated routes for 4–8 hours per shift Follow strict safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness Utilize onboard systems and basic command-line tools to support data collection Accurately log observations, issues, and edge-case scenarios encountered during drives Partner with engineering teams by providing clear, actionable feedback Assist with vehicle logistics including cleaning, staging, maintenance coordination, and storage Shift Options Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM: Wed-Sun | Thur-Mon | Sat-Wed Afternoon/Evening: 2 PM – 10:30 PM: Tue-Sat | Wed-Sun | Thur-Mon | Fri-Tue | Sat-Wed | Sun-Thu

What We’re Looking For: At least one year currently spent in a rideshare or driving capacity Clean driving record Ability to remain focused and alert for extended driving periods (4–8 hours)High attention to detail and strong observational skills Comfortable using basic technical tools (Linux/command line is a plus)Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
