Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care environment, assessing physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs to design personalized treatment plans. Implement diverse therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance patient mobility. Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Train patients, their caregivers, and family members on the proper use of assistive devices and techniques for improved self-care and mobility. Remain proactive in professional development by participating in relevant workshops, literature reviews, and networking opportunities to stay abreast of industry advancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia. Flexibility and adaptability in working with a variety of patient conditions and treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
