What You'll Do:
Assist with the daily execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
Represent client brands through face-to-face customer interactions at retail and promotional locations.
Engage with customers to introduce products, services, and promotional offers.
Support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales initiatives.
Help coordinate promotional events and retail marketing activities.
Build positive relationships with customers while providing professional service.
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals.
Participate in training focused on communication, sales techniques, marketing strategies, and leadership development.
Gain exposure to campaign management, team development, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Assist with customer engagement and relationship-building initiatives.
Maintain a professional and positive brand image during customer interactions.
Track campaign performance and provide feedback to improve results.
Work alongside leadership to understand daily operations and team performance.
Develop problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Learn the fundamentals of team leadership, training, and campaign coordination.
Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop.
