Project Manager

Location: On-site in the Palm Beach, FL area; up to 25% travel to project sites Role: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans for structural steel and metal construction projects Coordinate pre-construction activities including shop drawing reviews, submittals, and RFIsReview and negotiate project contracts, supplier agreements, and subcontractor scopes of work Monitor and control project costs; prepare progress reports and manage change orders Lead, mentor, and support site superintendents, foremen, and field crews Serve as the primary client contact and manage relationships with GCs, engineers, estimators, and other project stakeholders Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all job sites Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements Oversee project close-out including punch lists, final inspections, and warranty documentation Preferred Experience/
