About the role
IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a skilled graphic designer to join our design team. In this role, you will work closely with the IXL and content teams to create beautiful, engaging designs for worksheets and other printable materials across multiple subject areas, including math, language arts, science, and social studies. This is a remote, 1099 consulting role for six months with a possible extension.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Work with the IXL and teams to design high-quality printable worksheets and materials for students in grades PreK–8Ensure all designs adhere to established brand styles and maintain visual consistencyEfficiently manage multiple design tasks and meet quick turnaround deadlinesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORProfessional experience in print design High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator A portfolio that demonstrates a clean aesthetic, strong typography skills, and a solid understanding of layoutGreat attention to detail when it comes to alignment, spacing, and brand consistencyAbility to stay organized and meet deadlines while managing multiple requestsStrong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback into your designs effectivelyWHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR APPLICATIONYour resume A link to your portfolio
