We are seeking a reliable Meat Cutter to trim and portion meat products while maintaining quality standards and following all food safety procedures. The ideal candidate has previous meat-cutting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment.
Responsibilities:
Trim and portion meat products according to specifications - Maintain product quality and consistency - Safely operate knives and meat-cutting equipment, including saws and grinders - Follow all food safety guidelines and company procedures - Assist with general production duties as needed - Previous meat-cutting experience preferred. - Must have ability to work in a cold environment. -Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Must have reliable attendance and strong attention to detail. - Must be available to work weekends as needed.
