Guest-First Hospitality Leader: Assistant General Manager

ARK is seeking an experienced assistant general manager to lead daily hotel operations and deliver a 5-star guest experience. This hands-on role requires partnering with the general manager and actively supervising staff to run smooth, guest-centered service. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hospitality management, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is strongly preferred.
