Work Environment: This role is based in our Red Bank outpatient office, where you'll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team in a supportive and collaborative setting. A typical schedule includes Monday to Friday, working a complete 40-hour week. You will have a personal workspace equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies that enhance patient interactions and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and improving quality of life. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various specialties, tailoring approaches to address orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine needs. Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all patients. Collaborate with a diverse care team, engaging in weekly case discussions to optimize treatment strategies and integrate patient feedback into care plans. Provide skilled therapeutic care in the clinic while also conducting home visits as needed to support patients' recovery outside the clinic. Educate and empower patients and their families by providing clear instructions for home exercises and safety protocols. Achieve established productivity and utilization goals while supporting the overall success of the clinic. Patient Population / Client FocusThe ideal candidate will work with a wide range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, acute injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-rehabilitation clients looking to regain their physical capabilities. You will be responsible for building rapport with each patient, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to achieve their personal rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. State license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association. Effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally, to foster strong relationships with patients and the healthcare team. Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience: Two years of practical experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally in an outpatient or private practice setting. A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not mandatory. Active involvement in community outreach or promotion of physical wellness is a bonus.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and education level.
