Senior UX Designer

Overview As Senior UX Designer at Accruent, you will lead end-to-end design for multiple B2B software products, shaping user experiences from discovery to post-launch iterations. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to balance user needs with business and technical constraints, and contribute to evolving design systems and AI-assisted workflows. Your work will focus on research-informed design, information architecture, and responsive interfaces that support complex asset management workflows. Compensation / Benefitsbonusequity Responsibilities Own UX work from discovery through post-launch iteration across multiple products Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research to inform design decisions Translate research and product data into actionable findings and recommendations Design user flows, IA, interactions, and responsive interfaces Create and test AI-assisted and code-native prototypes Contribute to and utilize Accruent’s design system and UI pipeline Apply accessibility standards throughout the design process Evaluate AI-generated UI for usability and alignment with the design system Collaborate with Product and Engineering to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Present design decisions and facilitate critiques Review implemented work with Engineering and QA to address gaps Manage design work across multiple products and priorities Key requirements Portfolio demonstrating research-informed design and strong judgment Experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing UX research independently Strong interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking Experience designing complex B2B software workflows Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces Experience contributing to a design system Experience creating and testing prototypes Familiarity with AI-assisted or code-native prototyping Basic literacy with repositories and version-control concepts Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration High autonomy, curiosity, empathy, humility, and attention to detail Ability to build product, business, and domain expertisestrong communicationcross-functional collaborationautonomyUX researchinformation architectureinteraction design
