Role: IT Operations Engineer Location- Issaquah, WA(Hybrid)W2 Contract
Responsibilities:
Act as the onsite senior escalation point for infrastructure and application incidents.- Lead technical triage on P1/P2 bridges and coordinate with client platform and application teams.- Manage cross-tower handoffs between ITOC, NOC and SOC.- Drive problem management, RCA and recurring-issue elimination.- Work with client teams on alert tuning, monitoring coverage and runbook improvements.- Act as the onsite link between the client and the offshore ITOC team.
Required skills:
- Strong Windows/Linux, virtualization and cloud experience (GCP preferred; Azure/AWS acceptable).- Hands-on with Dynatrace, OpenText OBM, Service
- Now and PagerDuty.- Strong incident, problem and change management.- Excellent client-facing communication.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation, Dynatrace Associate/Professional, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer.
