Senior Recruiter — Full-Cycle Talent Lead (Remote)

Omniscient is seeking a senior recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across all teams. You'll build proactive pipelines, write strong postings, screen and interview candidates, and close offers. You'll work closely with hiring managers, manage the Ashby ATS, and drive process improvements to keep our pipelines healthy. You'll report to leadership, collaborate with Strategy, Editorial, Digital PR, and Operations, and contribute to our fast-paced growth in a fully remote environment.
