Job Description:
Job Description SWP Diesel Performance, a diesel repair and performance shop in Casper, WY, is hiring a Diesel Technician to join our team. We specialize in diagnostics, repair, and performance builds for Duramax, Powerstroke, and Cummins engines, working on everything from daily drivers to heavy-duty tow rigs. We're looking for a technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and wants to grow with a shop that's investing in its people and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, DEF systems, cooling systems, etc.)Work on performance upgrades and tuning for Duramax/Powerstroke/Cummins platforms
- Communicate clearly with service advisors on diagnosis, repair time, and parts needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area Requirements/Qualifications: Diesel technician experience (ASE certification a plus, not required)
- Own basic hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license
- Strong diagnostic skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable, punctual, team-oriented
