Pharmacy Technician

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Accurately and efficiently transcribing, processing, and filling medications under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
• Assist in the dispensing and distribution of medications
• Model and deliver exceptional customer service to patients and members of the medical community, cultivating a strong, positive working-relationship on behalf of the pharmacy
• Aid the pharmacist in inventory and business supply management
• Maintenance of the computer system and pharmacy records
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of a technician with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reconciliation of billing from third party payers
• Any other duties related to the practice of pharmacy as deemed necessary by the pharmacist
