Family Development Coach - School & Community Impact

Grand St Settlement Inc. seeks a Family Development Coach to manage the NDA grant at the Bushwick Community Center, serving 44 students with assessment, planning, and case management. You will work 5 days a week on-site at the school, coordinating services with school leadership and partners. You will report to the Community School Assistant Director and support attendance, academics, and social-emotional learning, including internship referrals and resource connections.
