Mental Health Technician Position Details
Facility: North Bay Recovery Center
Location: Lutz, FL
Status: Full time, Hourly
Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PMWeekend Work: Every Other
On Call: NoThe Mental Health Technician Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing. Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with Certification/Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support)CNA (Nursing Assistant) - preferred Patient Care Technician - preferred
Required Education:
  • High School or Equivalent
  • Associate's degree in related field - Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field- Preferred
Required Experience: 6 months – Psychology or Bachelor's degree in related field Full time employees receive the following benefits:
