Director, Sterile Compounding & Quality Systems

The Pharmacy Hub is building a modern sterile compounding operation and seeks a pharmacist to lead the program buildout from design to operations. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations and hands-on leadership on the shop floor. You will develop training, establish a robust quality system, ensure USP and regulatory compliance, and scale processes with KPI dashboards.
