Strategic Learning Designer for Client Impact

Gartner is seeking a Learning Designer to design, deliver and curate global learning experiences for client-facing associates. You’ll work with stakeholders across Talent Effectiveness and business units to boost performance and outcomes, applying instructional design principles and multi-modal formats. You will manage content creation, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure quality and measurable impact while leveraging AI-enabled tools and LMS platforms in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
