What You’ll Do: As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet homeowners, understand their needs, and present solutions that improve their comfort while driving profitable sales. You’ll: SELL HVAC SYSTEMS - run warm sales call leads whenever the customer is available Build trust and confidently guide customers through their options Present proposals, financing and system benefits Close sales and consistently meet and exceed revenue goals Follow up with customers and maximize every opportunity Maintain an organized sales pipeline Document job details and communicate with our installation team Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training Ask for referrals and help grow Bartlett’s customer base
