Criminal Prosecutor: Misdemeanor & Juvenile

The Valley County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office seeks an attorney to serve as Deputy Criminal Prosecutor in the criminal division, primarily handling misdemeanor and infraction cases. The role reviews police reports, determines charging, and guides cases through all stages of prosecution, from initial appearances to trials. The Deputy Prosecutor works with law enforcement, supports 24/7 on-call rotations, assists the Chief Deputy in absence, and collaborates with the Victim/Witness Coordinator.
