Job Title: Virtual Assistant for a Content-Driven Brand (Podcast, Events & Social Media)

Remote Job Type: Part-time Pay: $6/hour Schedule: 20 hours per week, flexible schedule We are a fast-growing, content-driven brand that produces engaging podcasts, events, and social media content. We're currently seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our growing content and operations. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is excited to work behind the scenes to bring ideas to life.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and schedule content across two social media platforms
- Repurpose podcast and event content into reels, carousels, and quotes
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and perform hashtag research
- Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like MailerLite, Convert
- Kit, or Flodesk
- Create welcome sequences, event reminders, and broadcast emails
- Design marketing content for events, newsletters, and social media using Canva
- Support podcast production: editing, uploading, show notes, and audiogram creation
- Distribute episodes to podcast platforms and promote across channels
- Organize and maintain systems using ClickUp, Google Drive, and SlackSet up basic automations via Zapier or other platform-native tools
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in content creation and social media management
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign setup
- Proficient in Canva, ClickUp, and podcast platforms (Buzzsprout, Anchor, or similar)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to give daily updates via Slack or ClickUpComfortable using Loom for process walkthroughs
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to anticipate needs
