About the role

Job Description: Job Description Our growing health-technology company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help introduce radiology AI and workflow solutions to hospitals, imaging providers, and healthcare organizations across the United States. This is an opportunity for a business-driven early-career seller who wants to learn a complex, high-growth healthcare technology market while earning uncapped commission based on performance. You do not need an extensive background in radiology, medical devices, or enterprise healthcare software to be considered. We are looking for someone who has some sales experience, is comfortable starting conversations, resilient in the face of rejection, and motivated by the opportunity to build a career through disciplined prospecting and results. The company will provide daily product, sales-process, and commercial guidance to help you build confidence in the solution, target the right accounts, and develop an effective sales approach. This Chicago-based, field-oriented role provides national exposure from the start. You will work with leadership and technical colleagues, meet healthcare stakeholders, build a pipeline, and represent the company at industry events. Job Type Full-time - Chicago-based, field-oriented Compensation $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission: $200,000+ potential
Key Responsibilities: Prospect for new business with hospitals, health systems, radiology groups, outpatient imaging centers, and other diagnostic-imaging providers - Build relationships with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events - Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations, with support from company leadership and technical team members as needed - Learn to communicate how radiology AI and workflow solutions can improve imaging efficiency, operations, and data utilization - Maintain timely follow-up, accurate CRM activity, and an organized sales pipeline - Support pre-event outreach, lead qualification, and post-event follow-up for RSNA 2026 and other relevant healthcare conferences
Qualifications: A business-driven, goal-oriented approach and genuine interest in building a sales career - One to three years of sales, business development, customer success, account support, recruiting, hospitality, retail leadership, or other client-facing experience is helpful, but comparable experience and strong potential will be considered - Evidence of initiative, such as prospecting, networking, meeting goals, managing customers, leading projects, or growing a business - Comfortable communicating with professionals and learning to present a technical solution in clear business terms - Strong spoken and written English and authorization to work in the United States - Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50-60% domestically, with occasional international travel - Experience in healthcare, medical sales, radiology, imaging, AI, software, or business-to-business sales is helpful but not required - Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is preferred but not required Compensation and Career Growth The role offers a $50,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission with the potential to earn over $200,000 in your first year. Our company is in high-growth mode and this role has the potential to grow into a Sales Manager or Sales Director position. Schedule and Location This is a full-time, Chicago-based, field-oriented role with regular customer, prospect, and conference activity. The position requires approximately 50-60% domestic travel and occasional international travel.
Why Work Here: This is a chance to enter a growing area of healthcare technology with hands-on support rather than being expected to know everything on day one. You will receive daily guidance, learn from experienced commercial and technical colleagues, develop a national healthcare network, and help bring technology that supports more efficient imaging operations to market. For the right motivated seller, the role offers a clear platform to grow skills, income, and responsibility over time. Equal Employment Opportunity: Employment decisions are based on job-related qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and legitimate business requirements, without regard to characteristics protected by applicable law.
