About the role

Automotive Service Advisor Are you a people person? Diehl of Butler is proud to announce we are seeking a full-time automotive Service Advisor to join our winning team. We are a family owned and operated business and provide an excellent high paced work environment.
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid U.S drivers license.
  • Must be reliable
  • Minimum one year Customer Service experience required.
  • Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality.
  • Ability to Multi Task and stay focused in a fast paced environment.
  • Tekion experience a bonus.
  • Professional appearance and attitude required.
Responsibilities:
  • Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
  • Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs.
  • Ability to perform Multi Point Inspection
  • Report to Management for additional job duties.
Saturdays Required (alternating):
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Greet and write customers up in a timely manner.
  • Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines, Review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday Alternating Weekends
Supplemental pay types: Bonus Pay Commission Pay 55,000 - 90,000 per year potential
Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: Butler PATypical start time: 7:30 AMTypical end time: 5:30 PM
