Director of Environmental, Health, & Safety

Responsibilities: Lead and evolve EHS strategy across multiple sites with a focus on continuous improvement and best-in-class safety standards Champion a zero-injury culture through proactive coaching, employee engagement, and safety program development Manage a team of EHS professionals and collaborate with cross-functional site leaders to embed safety as a core business value Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies Oversee workers’ comp, environmental reporting, incident investigations, and root cause analyses Contribute to capital planning and support the safe implementation of new processes and equipment
