Responsibilities: Implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on their needs and goals as designed by the BCBA. Conduct behavior assessments and collect data to track progress and make necessary adjustments. Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions using behavioral therapy techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Assist in developing and implementing behavior management strategies.
