Amazon Advertising & Growth Director

Key Responsibilities: Define and own the Amazon growth strategy Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers and purchasing teams Collaborate on listing optimization (SEO, keywords, images, titles & bullets) with the brand managers Advertising & Performance Marketing Lead and execute Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and paid media campaigns Optimize ad spend, ACoS and ROAS, defined by each brand's goals Analytics & Reporting Building out reporting to share with the internal brand managers and the brands Communicating strategy with brands Qualifications 5+ years of Amazon marketplace experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role Proven track record of scaling 7–8 figure Amazon businesses Deep expertise in Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Brands/Display) Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Perpetua Highly analytical with experience in tools such as Smartscout, Helium10, JungleScout, and Perpetua Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and external partners Excellent communication skills and organization Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Advertising Retail
