A growing nonprofit behavioral health organization near Des Moines, Iowa is hiring an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a rare opportunity that combines direct patient care with strategic leadership - shaping the future of behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and families. Position Highlights•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care planning and crisis support while leading clinical strategy, program development, and service innovation•Serve on the executive leadership team, designing and implementing evidence-based, trauma-informed care models primarily for adolescent patients•Anticipated 20% direct patient care providing medication management for adolescents in a residential facility•Up to 5 weeks' vacation and full benefits•Starting salary of $150,000-$175,000, depending on experience
Qualifications:
