The Opportunity: This is a rare chance to step into a combined P&L covering two recently acquired locations, an $8-9M operation serving roughly 80 team members, with a clear growth mandate toward $10-12M+.You'll partner closely with a centralized sales function, taking full ownership of operational execution, client relationships, and commercial growth across a diverse customer base spanning HOAs, hospitality, municipalities, and select high-profile national accounts. What You'll Own Full P&L leadership for an $8-9M+ multi-site operation, with a clear growth trajectory 6-8 direct reports including client relationship managers and a branch administrator Day-to-day operational credibility- comfortable walking sites and leading crews, not just managing from a desk Client-facing commercial leadership with sophisticated, high-expectation customers Close partnership with a centralized sales team to drive pricing strategy and new business growth
