AI Specialist — New York, NYWe are looking for an AI Specialist to join a growing team in New York City. This role will focus on implementing, testing, and optimizing AI solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, test, and optimize AI-powered tools and solutions
- Work with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Develop and refine prompts to improve AI output and performance
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline existing workflows
- Evaluate new AI tools, platforms, and technologies
- Assist with integrating AI solutions into existing systems and business processes
- Troubleshoot AI applications and resolve technical issues
- Partner with technical and non-technical teams to understand business needs
- Create documentation and best practices for AI tools and workflows
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or machine learning technologies
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows
- Experience implementing, testing, or supporting AI-powered applications
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience with Python, APIs, automation tools, or SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Azure AI, or similar tools is a plus
