HealthDrive is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to manage medical needs of skilled nursing residents in sub-acute rehab and long-term care units. The APRN will diagnose and treat conditions, perform exams, interpret labs, and collaborate with the medical staff and facility administrators.
