Senior Director, Patient Care Services (Home Health)

Physician’s Choice Home Health is seeking a Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to serve as the senior clinical leader over patient care delivered in patients' homes. The role ensures CMS CoPs compliance, staff competency, and coordination between physicians, patients, field clinicians, and agency leadership. The DPCS will oversee QAPI, care planning, and regulatory surveys while maintaining high clinical excellence and patient safety in a non-remote, on-site setting.
