Overview
As Talent Development & Learning Manager, you will define and deploy CEVA’s regional TD&L strategy for the US and Canada, aligned with global programs. You’ll translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and deliver leadership, management, and behavioral learning with high impact. You’ll support onboarding, performance, and development planning while strengthening leadership pipelines. You’ll lead the regional learning community and partner with HR and business leaders to close capability gaps and drive continuous development.

Responsibilities Translate global L&D strategy into a NORTHAM roadmap aligned with business priorities Deploy leadership, management, behavioral, and functional learning solutions with high impact Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of learning initiatives across USA & Canada Support onboarding, people reviews, talent development, and individual development planning Promote a culture of continuous development and shared ownership between managers and employees Lead and animate the local/regional Development & Learning community Ensure learning activities are tracked and reported in CEVA learning systems Monitor learning effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously improve programs using data and insights Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and define learning priorities Act as the L&D contact for USA/Canada leadership and HRBP community Develop HiPos and Key Enablers through actionable learning solutions during People Reviews and employee journey
Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR roles Project management to roll out global initiatives/programs Ability to facilitate training Ability to assess and select vendors Strong communication skills Pragmatic and service‑orientedstrong communicationcollaborationservice orientationproject managementfacilitation of trainingsvendor assessment and selection
