Role Overview: Contribute to LLM training and evaluation workflows by reviewing financial questions, scenarios, and AI-generated responses. Assess model outputs for financial accuracy, reasoning quality, relevance, completeness, and consistency with applicable financial principles. Create and review finance prompts, scenarios, questions, reference answers, and evaluation criteria across relevant areas of finance. Provide detailed expert feedback to improve LLM financial reasoning, reliability, and performance across complex finance tasks. Key Requirements3–8 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, Financial Analysis, or related fields. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, financial modeling, valuation, and financial markets. Experience analyzing complex financial problems and identifying factual, numerical, logical, and analytical errors in written responses. Strong written communication skills and interest in AI/LLM training, model evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted finance workflows.
