Title: Help Desk Technician

$21/hrOur client near Buffalo Grove, Illinois is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their team on a contract basis! This is a fully onsite position. The client is looking to hire quickly! Day to Day: Support hardware replacements, migrations, and configurations. Provide documentation Troubleshoot software issues Update hardware Configure printers through web-based administration tools.
Qualifications:
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Experience supporting PCs and network-connected printers.
- Knowledge of VLAN configurations and switch port assignments.
- MAC address identification and management experience.
- Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and peripheral issues remotely.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision
