Job Details: A Brief Overview Drive the future of our workforce as a strategic talent consultant to our corporate leaders. As a key driver of our organizational growth, you will secure the high-impact talent needed to build our leadership bench strength. You will lead the charge on mission-critical hires, utilizing market data and forecasting models to advise management on retention, compensation, and HR best practices.
What you will do: Source, recruit, screens and interview internal and external applicants. Utilize multi-channel sourcing approach to find high-level talent. Research and implement best practices methods. Develops forecasting models, retention planning and benchmark data. Proactively determines client’s recruitment needs. Maintains relationships with internal and external contacts and leaders, and interacts with the community-at-large to provide information regarding job possibilities. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required
Work Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter experience with specific experience sourcing and recruiting for corporate, leadership roles (finance, marketing, operations and information technology) up to including director and VP level roles in a professional setting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven successful skills in a proactive approach to recruiting for corporate roles.
  • Expert sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn, CRMs and Indeed.
  • Knowledge at the proficient level of Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable and experienced working with AI-powered tools.
  • Ability to plan and control projects such as developing benchmark data and retention planning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively dealing with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing is critical.
  • Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity.
  • Works with minimum supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters.
  • This job is located in Greater Memphis area, and will require occasional in office presence, up to 1-2 days per week, with the ability to meet with corporate and facility leaders in person.
