Partner with Operations to identify, quantify and track productivity initiatives.
Ensure that savings are supported by clear baselines, implementation plans and realized P&L or cash benefits.
Strategic Decision Support
Build financial business cases for strategic Operations projects, investments and transformation initiatives.
Support financial assessments of make-versus-buy decisions, supplier changes, production transfers and distribution-network optimization.
Challenge assumptions and ensure that recommendations incorporate financial return, execution risks, cash requirements and organizational capacity.
Support negotiations with key suppliers and shared-service partners through relevant financial analysis.
Provide clear analysis and recommendations to Finance and Operations leadership.

Support the financial evaluation and monitoring of Operations CAPEX.
Ensure that investment requests include a robust business rationale, measurable benefits, implementation milestones and post-investment reviews.
