Electrical General Superintendent

The Role: This is a senior field leadership position where you’ll oversee Superintendents, General Foremen, and Foremen while working closely with the Director of Field Operations. You’ll help make sure the right people and resources are in place, projects stay on schedule, costs are controlled, and field teams have the support they need to perform at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead field operations across multiple electrical projects Support, coach, and develop field leadership teams Coordinate manpower, staffing, and project resources Oversee schedules, planning, and day-to-day project execution Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents Monitor labor, budgets, productivity, and project costs Resolve field issues and help keep projects on track Work closely with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders Maintain high safety standards and OSHA compliance Look for ways to improve field operations and efficiency What We’re Looking For 15+ years of electrical construction experience Experience leading medium to large electrical projects Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification Strong experience managing and developing field teams Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods Experience with scheduling, workforce planning, and cost control Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Join DP Electric?
