In-House Litigation & Claims Leader

Azuria Water Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Litigation & Claims Counsel to lead the litigation and claims functions across North America. You will supervise the claims team, oversee outside counsel and TPAs, and implement robust management processes. You will serve as the primary advisor on insured and uninsured claims, commercial disputes, regulatory issues, and litigation for the company’s operating businesses.
