Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of people analytics strategies that support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness at Marvin. Collaborate with HR and business leaders in manufacturing to convert data into impactful insights and recommendations. Design, implement, and uphold dashboards, reports, and scorecards focusing on engagement, retention, hiring, and performance metrics. Perform advanced analysis, including segmentation, predictive modeling, and experimentation, to guide decision‑making. Ensure high standards for data quality, governance, and ethical use of employee data across all systems and tools. Work alongside IT and HRIS teams to enhance data architecture, integrations, and reporting capabilities. Communicate findings to senior leadership through compelling narratives and visually engaging data presentations. Facilitate change management, communication, and training initiatives to boost data literacy across HR and operations. Essential SkillsExpertise in people analytics and HR analytics. Proficiency in workforce planning. Experience with HRIS/reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle). Strong SQL or similar query language skills. Data visualization proficiency (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Advanced knowledge of statistics and predictive modeling. Effective data storytelling and ability to present to executives. Experience in data governance and quality management. Knowledge of change management within HR/people processes.
