Floor Technician

Floor Technician The Floor Technician will be responsible for safely performing assigned floor care functions based on standards and procedures, performs environmental services as needed, and performs floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and other contractual duties according to regulations.

Education and/ or Experience: No education requirement 6 mo-1 year experience preferred: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver's license Complete all safety and task training certification May be required to be forklift certified Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
