Senior Vice President, Learning & Skills Product Owner

Overview In this role, you will define and execute the product vision and roadmap for learning and skills solutions that grow employee capabilities and support managers in talent decisions. You’ll lead discovery through design thinking, user research, and data analysis to align priorities with colleague needs and business outcomes. You’ll shape AI-enabled experiences that personalize learning and surface skill insights for workforce development. You will collaborate across HR, Technology, Data, and business teams to deliver scalable products that enhance growth and internal mobility, contributing to the company’s talent strategy and innovation agenda. Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, Technology, Data, and business teams to deliver scalable products. Key requirements 8+ years of product management experience in a highly matrixed environment. Experience leading product discovery activities (user research, persona development, data analysis, validation of opportunities).Experience designing, launching, or enhancing AI-enabled products and digital experiences using data and emerging technologies.
