Job Description: Join our team as a Learning Experience Designer Intern!
Location: Gainesville, Georgia

Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Summary:
Support Kubota Manufacturing of America's Learning & Development team by assisting with training administration, Learning Management System (LMS) support, content development, reporting, and employee learning initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate training, instructional design, employee development, and learning technologies while contributing to projects that enhance workforce capability and engagement.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Provide support to employees utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS), assisting with navigation, enrollment, and troubleshooting.
Monitor training assignments and support course completion tracking.
Assist with LMS data maintenance, user access management, and system updates.
Respond to LMS-related questions and elevate issues when necessary.
Training Content & Instructional Support
Assist in creating user guides, instructional materials, and job aids to support employee learning.
Develop engaging presentations and visual content for training programs and workshops.
Support the organization, formatting, and maintenance of training materials.
Review existing training content and identify opportunities for updates, enhancements, and rebranding.
Training Analytics & Reporting
Support reporting requests by gathering and analyzing LMS data.
Assist in tracking training participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate learning metrics.
Help maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Collaborate with Learning & Development team members on training initiatives and special projects.
Research learning and development trends, best practices, and innovative training solutions.
Assist with employee development programs, onboarding initiatives, and training events.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to learning processes and employee development programs.
Professional Development & Team Collaboration
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with HR, business leaders, and employees across the organization.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information.
Complete additional projects and assignments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be actively pursuing a related degree throughout the internship period.
Expected graduation date must be December 2027 or later.
Candidates who have already graduated or who will graduate before December 2027 are not eligible.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other learning technologies.
Experience creating presentations, training materials, or instructional content.
Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design concepts.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation.
Previous internship, leadership, or project experience.
Education Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Language Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
