Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $150K - $170K + Bonus

Responsibilities: Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract talent across the Americas. Conduct talent research, market mapping, and pipeline development to support current and future hiring needs. Build and maintain talent pools and provide relevant market insights to inform hiring decisions. Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business and hiring needs and drive successful recruitment outcomes. Champion an inclusive hiring process and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. Lead candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and stakeholders. Drive interview, hiring, and offer processes, ensuring all required steps are completed effectively and on time. Maintain accurate hiring data, documentation and reporting, and ensure recruitment records are up to date. Manage external recruitment partners where utilized, ensuring alignment with search requirements and standards. Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People team priorities as needed.
