About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced research operations leads to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and an ASAP start, with compensation at $70/hour and a commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Required are 4+ years in customer or user research, ownership of the full study lifecycle, and expertise in synthesis, coding, and designing surveys.
