Talent Representation AgentWorking under the supervision of the Director to successfully represent talent and maximize revenue from commercial activity.Be a brand ambassador for MN2SDemonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activitiesRepresent talent and act in their best interestsWork on behalf of buyers to secure talent suited to their needsProcure opportunities, negotiate terms and confirm commercial engagements in a range of different areas (live touring, festival appearances, brand activity and more) to the satisfaction of both buyers and talentAchieve or exceed set monthly revenue targetsBuild up a talent's fees and meet pre-agreed objectivesProactively develop talent and build up a valuable and diverse personal rosterConstantly source valuable new clients, build strong relationships and adhering to all data regulations add client information to the company's CRM systemRecord and track all leads in the company's CRM systemWork with other members of the team to achieve common goalsLiaise with the Digital Marketing department to promote talent availability and latest newsRegularly meet new and existing clientsAttend events to network, grow client base and strengthen relationshipsMN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the businessSelection Criteria:Successful previous experience (at least 1 year) as a Booking Agent consistently meeting or exceeding targetsDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the businessHighly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for talent representation and the agency businessTarget drivenStrong team playerEntrepreneurial spiritStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and long hoursStrong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentConfident with a good sense of humour
