You will draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial agreements, advise on legal matters, and support CLM implementations while collaborating with business stakeholders and outside counsel. You bring a JD, active bar license, 7+ years of transactional experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. HIPAA knowledge a plus.
