📍 Omaha, NE (In-Office) 💰 Base + Bonus/Commission Ellerbrock-Norris is looking for a Business Developer to support growth across the company by helping generate new business opportunities and getting meetings in front of our Risk Advisors. This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting and relationship-building. You’ll spend a large part of your day making calls, reaching out to businesses, and finding opportunities to connect with decision-makers. The role is a good fit for someone who is competitive, disciplined, coachable, and comfortable communicating with people. You do not need prior insurance or financial industry experience.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect outbound through calls, email, Linked In, and networking Set meetings with business owners and company leaders Attend meetings alongside strategists when needed Build and manage pipeline activity in Hub Spot Stay organized around follow-up and outreach activity Work closely with leadership and marketing on growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
