Senior Director, Planned Giving & Major Gifts

Rochester Institute of Technology seeks a Gift Planning Executive Director to lead strategy, growth, and execution of its planned and deferred giving program. The role reports to senior advancement leadership and manages high-capacity prospects and donors to secure significant planned gifts. As a senior leader, you will align donor opportunities with university priorities, collaborate across advancement teams, and ensure strong stewardship and pipeline development for long-term support.
