A growing, full-service law firm is seeking an experiencedCommercial Real Estate Attorneyto join its sophisticated real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with clients, and handle a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions within a collaborative environment.
CRE Attorney Responsibilities: Represent clients incommercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing transactions Draft and negotiatepurchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, and other real estate agreements Handle all aspects ofcommercial leasing, including office, retail, and industrial matters Conduct and overseetitle, survey, zoning, and other real estate due diligence Advise developers, investors, owners, lenders, and other clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate transactions Manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys across the firm's corporate, finance, tax, and other practices Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practiceCRE Attorney Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably within a law firm environment J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active Bar membership in good standing, or eligibility for admission in the applicable jurisdiction Strong experience withacquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and/or real estate finance Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills Ability to independently manage transactions from inception through closing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Interest in long-term practice development and client relationship building
