About the Role:
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer who enjoys building modern cloud-native applications and wants to work on cutting-edge AI-powered software. You'll build scalable backend services, intuitive React applications, data-driven solutions, and AI-enabled features while collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and engineers. What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications
- Build scalable REST APIs using Python (FastAPI preferred)
- Develop responsive React applications using modern frontend practices
- Design relational database schemas and write efficient SQL queries
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data processing workflows
- Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets to identify trends and drive application functionality
- Develop cloud-native applications deployed on Microsoft Azure
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs, and AI agents into production applications
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and fellow engineers throughout the software development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve application reliability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve engineering productivity
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional full-stack software development experience 2+ years of professional experience developing applications with Python or React (experience with both strongly preferred)
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIsExperience designing relational databases and writing complex SQL queries
- Experience developing cloud-hosted applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience building data processing, ETL, or data integration pipelines
- Experience working with Git and modern software development workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, or statistical analysis techniques
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
