Learning Specialist, Facilitator

Overview In this role, you will own the learning experience by delivering in-person and virtual courses, coaching associates and leaders, and managing classroom logistics. You will work with a wide range of team members—from frontline staff to executives—sharing insights with stakeholders and driving practical, behavior-based development. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate organizational strategies into actionable leadership capabilities, shaping transformational leaders for a global brand. Responsibilities Deliver in-class and virtual courses and coaching sessions Manage classroom logistics and ensure a positive learner experience Collaborate with stakeholders to share insights and improve programs Facilitate sessions for diverse audiences from associates to executives Translate organizational strategies into actionable leadership behaviors Engage and motivate participants through energetic facilitation and challenging questions Embrace feedback and continuous improvement to refine learning approaches Develop leaders and connect leadership principles to day-to-day actions Key requirements 5-7 years in Learning and Development/Facilitation Retail/restaurant operations experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills Team collaboration and growth mindset Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability Experience in Facilitation, Instructional Design, and/or Leadership Development Excellent computer/technology skills and a problem-solving dispositionclear communicationcollaborationgrowth mindsetfacilitationinstructional designleadership development
